1. Paxton Engineers can evaluate your production/assembly/material handling needs and processes—suggest changes in layout, procedures, and equipment, which will upgrade output.
2. Paxton can design equipment already determined to be required.
3. Paxton Engineering can fabricate equipment in the design phase.
4. We can integrate upgrades of currently available standard items into plant facilities and design and fabricate any complementary equipment necessary.
5. Paxton can evaluate changes which may be needed to a facility as a product line changes, and requires different or enhanced assembly, testing, and material handling equipment.

How fast can this be done? - Depending on the level of work required, Paxton can turn around a piece of equipment or an entire system in a minimum of time because we approach each challenge with an integrative "time is of the essence" attitude.

Additionally, we keep customers involved in the process from start to finish so that as the project progresses and is refined toward meeting company goals, the customers are "in the loop" at all times. We have found this results in a shorter timeframe for work as the customer is part of the process and his/her wishes can be accommodated as part of the working criteria.
